Speech Zapper works on the same principal as the ig nobel awarded speech jammer gun.
Have you ever wanted to silence someone? Probably your over-talkative friends, spouse, or in-laws. Speech Zapper can help.
Speech Zapper exploits mental loophole that will confuse the targets brain so that he/she has to stop talking, without any physical discomfort.
Speech Zapper utilizes psychological finding that when you hear your voice played back to you with a delay of a fraction of a second you will start stuttering and eventually have to stop speaking. The effect is what psychologists call Delayed Auditory Feedback (DAF). It is normally used to help patients with stuttering problem talk normally, but when used on normal person it make it almost impossible for the person to talk.
HOW TO USE
1)Aim your device at your target (or put on your headset)
2)Push START
3)Adjust delay, make sure its loud enough you only hear delayed voice; use volume boost if needed
Warning: You need a headset/headphone or directional speaker for Speech Zapper to work properly
Disclaimer:
1.Directional speak is needed to ensure maximum effectiveness, but is not required
2.Speech Zapper will not work against meaningless speech such as "ahhh!" or "Ooh!"
3.Speech Zapper work psychologically using delayed auditory feedback principal, so, the target can force it out

Expected too much. Not worth any penny. 89 cents lost...
Huge feedback on the mic plus with noise canceling headset it still spent work
Not worth the money
It did nothing for me, but completely messed up my dad so I know it works for some people.
I love the concept, and cant wait to use it on my friend that doesnt stop talking. But there seems to be bug where the sound only comes from the ear speaker, not the loud speaker. As such you can never actually hear the delayed voice. Developers, please fix! Also, it would be nice if we didnt have to go through the tutorial screen every time.
